Sales Intern
- Learn the fundamentals of new home sales from top-performing Sales Consultants
- Shadow customer appointments, model home tours, and contract presentations
- Assist with lead generation, follow-up, CRM management, and customer communications
- Gain firsthand experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry
Sales Assistant
- Take on increased responsibility supporting an active sales community
- Begin earning fractional uncapped commissions while continuing to develop your sales skills
- Build your own customer relationships under the guidance of experienced mentors
Sales Consultant
- Advance into a full-time Sales Consultant role

What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective homebuyers to Dream Finders Homes communities
- Learn how to present model homes, floor plans, and community amenities
- Build lasting relationships with customers throughout their homebuying journey
- Support the sales process from first visit through closing
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Dream Finders Homes brand
- Develop the skills needed to become a successful Sales Consultant
What We're Looking For
- Recent college graduate (or graduating within the next year)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Competitive mindset and desire to build a long-term sales career
- Customer service, leadership, athletics, internships, or sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
